Co-founded Swakshatra, after volunteering with Prajwala, an anti-human-trafficking organization based in Hyderabad.

Managing Trustee

Served the Indian Armed Forces in the capacity of a regulatory officer. She currently works as a freelancer and has a keen interest in developing high performing teams through leadership and motivation.

Issues related to women and development of women is close to her heart, and Capt Smitha ensures commitment and involvement in various corporate and social events to support the same.
